Dynamic Talent Management is a long-term HR and organizational partner of Prim.io — a product company developing a cloud-based ERP SaaS platform with more than 25 years of real business experience.
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer for Prim.io — a role for mature engineers who think in systems, take responsibility for their decisions, and don’t avoid complexity.
This is not a role for quick fixes or isolated tasks. It’s a role for people who want to work on a living system and improve it thoughtfully, step by step.
What you’ll work on:
-Designing, developing, and improving features in the ERP SaaS platform;
-Working extensively with SQL — data modelling, optimization, and complex queries;
-Implementing business logic using Perl / Python or similar scripting languages;
-Developing and maintaining front-end components with Angular;
-Collaborating closely with product managers, QA, and implementation consultants;
-Participating in customer implementations where technical decisions have direct, real-
world impact.
You will first understand the system — then improve it.
What kind of senior we’re looking for:
This role is a good fit if you:
-Have 4–5+ years of professional software development experience;
-Are confident working with relational databases and complex SQL;
-Have experience with scripting languages (Perl, Python, or similar);
-Are comfortable with JavaScript and Angular (or another modern framework);
-Can translate business processes into technical solutions;
-Take ownership of your technical decisions and explain them clearly.
This role may not be a good fit if you:
-Prefer greenfield projects only;
-Avoid legacy systems or business constraints;
-Lose motivation in environments with partial ambiguity.
