Your role:

• Lead and manage full-stack development for our WordPress and WooCommerce platforms, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Write clean, efficient and scalable code.
• Optimise and improve existing codebases, while also developing new features and solutions.
• Take ownership of system architecture, integrations and APIs.
• Solve complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure the security and data protection of our platforms.

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, particularly with WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.) and back-end languages (PHP, Node.js, etc.).
• Strong experience with API integrations and building scalable web architectures.
• Knowledge of database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB) and server management.
• Results-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable to new challenges and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English.
